I love weddings, dancing, photography, making jewelry, art, drawing, writing poems and stories, reading (for fun!), playing piano, the internet, singing in the shower, and the color red.

Why you got involved with SCN?
A friend of mine suggested that I take photos for the Informer magazine, and while I was at it, I wrote for the magazine, too.  I have stayed involved because I am able to practice the skills I need for the future while helping to protect the lives and safety of others.

Why do you believe SCN is important to students/the community?
Just like ignorance of the law is no excuse, ignorance of crime is no defense.  If you think "It won't happen to me," then hopefully you are taking a proactive approach to ensure that it doesn't!
